Helpful Information
Booking
When you book, there’s a short form that will help us prepare your ideal session and we’ll confirm an exact date and time with you shortly after booking. We’ll also send you an email confirming the details and it will also include all the information you’ll need and advice on how best to prepare for your session.
What to expect…
There is free parking right outside our studio, please come in and you’ll be warmly greeted. We’ll offer you a drink and we’ll have a chat about your session in our reception area. When you’re ready we can move into the studio space and start your session. Don’t forget, it’s your session and we’re happy to customise and offer advice to help you get what you want.
Throughout your session, we’ll help you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. You’re sure to find your session fun and enjoyable. You’ll be able to see your photographs throughout and you’re welcome to choose your favourites at the end. We’ll show your our range of prints and products and there’s no pressure or hard sell. Your edited images will be available within 4 weeks from your session date and products are delivered within 8 weeks of your order.
