Helpful Information

Timing & Booking

When you book, there’s a short form that will help us prepare your ideal session and we’ll confirm an exact date and time with you shortly after booking. We’ll also send you an email confirming the details and it will also include all the information you’ll need and advice on how best to prepare for your session.

Expectations

There’s free parking right outside our studio, please come in and you’ll be warmly greeted. We’ll have chat over a drink in our welcome area and when you’re ready we can move into the studio and start the session. Don’t forget, it’s your session and we’re happy to customise and offer advice to help you get what you want. Your session is completely private throughout the whole process (including editing), and we have both a male or a female photographer available.

A family portrait is something to treasure. We all get so busy with our lives and work that we suddenly realise how much time has gone by. Let us capture your family in our well equipped studio. We have washing facilities (we know what children are like!) and there is plenty of time to create those memories for you. Make use of our ideas, backgrounds, props etc to make not just a photo, but a picture for you to treasure.

Your session will be an experience to cherish and we will make memories that you’ll treasure forever.

You’ll be able to see your photographs throughout the session and you’re welcome to choose your favourites at the end. We’ll show your our range of prints and products and there’s no pressure or hard sell. Your edited images will be available within 4 weeks from your shoot and products will be delivered within 8 weeks of your order.
